We can see in 1 Samuel chapter 3 the story of how Young Samuel heard the calling of God. In the story of Samuel, we see a profound lesson on the importance of tuning into God's frequency. Samuel, though initially unaware of God's direct communication, eventually learns to discern His voice. Likewise, in our lives, there may be distractions or sin that obstruct our ability to hear God clearly. Just as a radio needs tuning to capture a specific frequency, we must align ourselves with God's will and seek His presence to receive His guidance.

Living in sin can disrupt our connection with God, creating static that drowns out His voice. However, by seeking righteousness, serving God, and loving others, we tune ourselves into His frequency. When we are attuned to God's voice, whether through prayer, Scripture, or providential circumstances, we position ourselves to receive His guidance and blessings. Let us, therefore, be diligent in our pursuit of God, eagerly listening for His direction in our lives.

So as you go about your daily life, let's remember to pause, be still, and open ourselves to hear from God. Just as Samuel responded, "Speak, Lord, for Your servant hears," may we also be attentive to God's leading. Through prayer and patience, may we cultivate a heart that is finely tuned to God's frequency, ready to receive His wisdom, comfort, and direction at any moment.
